Responsibilities

→Design and animate motion graphics in After Effects and Cinema 4D (including Redshift workflows)
→Own complex shots - VFX, roto, tracking, 3D - from concept through delivery
→Maintain consistency across evolving editorial cuts and campaign versions
→Partner with CDs and producers on timelines, creative intent, and delivery
→Anticipate creative and technical challenges; offer solutions proactively
→Mentor junior artists and help elevate team output
→Stay ahead of motion design trends, tools, and emerging techniques

Requirements

6–10+ years of motion design experience in theatrical / AV marketing
Expert After Effects and Cinema 4D (Redshift); strong compositing and finishing
Advanced motion tracking and CG-into-live-action integration
Strong instinct for timing, rhythm, composition, and emotional tone
Skilled in style frame development and concept visualization
Highly organized & clear communicator; able to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, calm in the chaos

Pay Range

$120,000—$135,000 USD
