Niagara Adventure Excursions
As a Shuttle Driver, you play an important role in providing safe, efficient, and enjoyable transportation for guests and team members traveling to and from the zipline landing area. You serve as a welcoming ambassador for Niagara Adventure Excursions and take pride in your professionalism, helping create positive and memorable experiences for everyone you transport.
To succeed in this role, you bring a positive, patient, and dependable approach to every shift. You make others feel welcome, communicate clearly with guests and team members, and take initiative when needed. You work well as part of a team and help uphold Niagara Adventure Excursions’ commitment to safety, service, and exceptional guest experiences.
What You’ll Do:
· Always drive safely and responsibly
· Be prepared to operate a vehicle in a variety of road and weather conditions including snow, rain, ice, and high winds
· Treat guests, coworkers, and equipment with care and respect
· Complete pre and post trip shuttle inspections
· Accurately complete required paperwork, including vehicle inspection reports
· Maintain radio communication using proper radio protocol
· Support positive passenger behavior and resolve issues calmly and effectively
· Keep the shuttle clean and presentable throughout the day
· Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or injuries promptly
· Maintain awareness of company promotions and experiences
· Gather guest feedback and share relevant information with the Leadership Team
What You Bring:
· A valid Ontario driver’s license of at least a G2 level
· Strong driving skills and safe driving habits
· Ability to operate a variety of vehicles and equipment such as utility vehicles, tractors, and golf carts
· Ability to consistently perform work in outdoor conditions, including heat, sun, humidity, rain, snow, and temperature changes
· Reliability, punctuality, and strong organizational skills
· A patient, pleasant, and helpful demeanor
· Clear verbal communication skills
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
· High energy, motivation, and a positive attitude
· Friendly, outgoing, and proactive approach
· Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer or guest service
· Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, which may include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, and occasional bending or kneeling
On the job training and ongoing support are provided.
Department and Reporting Structure
The Shuttle Driver position falls under the Element Department. You report to the Element Supervisor and work closely with the Leadership Team
Work Schedule
Seasonal position with flexible full-time or part-time hours based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
This position is planned to begin around April 1st 2026.
