Window Nation is growing fast, and we’re actively hiring outgoing, motivated people to join our new Field Marketing team across the Aurora and Eastern Denver metro area.

  • Follow simple scripts and proven lead-generation processes
  • Work toward achievable individual and team performance goals
  • Base hourly pay = $20.00 per hour
  • Uncapped weekly and monthly bonuses
  • Additional commissions and performance incentives
  • Top performers have the opportunity to earn $60K-$100K+ annually

✓High school diploma or GED
✓Minimum of 1 year of work experience
✓Previous experience working in any of the following is preferred: Retail sales, wireless/mobile sales, or similar
✓Door-to-door outreach, field marketing, lead generation, event marketing
✓Restaurant, hospitality, customer service
✓Fundraising, political canvassing, brand ambassador work
✓Must be comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods of time, with or without accommodation
