We're actively interviewing candidates to support neighborhood outreach and lead generation throughout the Columbus metro area, including Willoughby, Painesville, Eastlake, Wickliffe, Euclid, Chardon, Mayfield Heights, Lyndhurst, Cleveland Heights, Lake County, and nearby Northeast Ohio areas.

Connect with homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach

Introduce Window Nation's premium window and door solutions

Follow proven talking points and presentations provided during training

Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our sales team

Deliver exceptional customer service while answering homeowner questions professionally

High school diploma or GED

At least 1 year of work experience

Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods, with or without accommodation

Background in canvassing, customer service, retail, event marketing, field marketing, lead generation, door-to-door outreach, or sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence engaging with new people and starting conversations

Positive attitude and a team-first mentality

Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Schedules may vary periodically based on business needs, seasonal demand, and weather conditions.
