Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or fast-paced environment such as:
- retail
- hospitality
- customer service
- collections
- call center
- telemarketing
- appointment setting

Nice to Have

Basic computer navigation and data entry skills
Ability to quickly learn new software and CRM tools

This is a full-time onsite position based in Highland Hills, OH.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 12p-9p and Saturday 8:30am-5:30pm
Sundays and Tuesdays off

predictable full-time scheduling

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p for first 2 weeks

Schedules are assigned after training and shared in advance.
