About this Role:  We’re looking for a bold, forward-thinking Senior Principal of Revenue and Pricing Strategy to lead how we monetize our products, optimize revenue performance, and stay ahead in an increasingly competitive market. This role is at the center of our business, partnering across sales, marketing, product, and finance to design pricing strategies that reflect customer value, market demand, and evolving industry trends, making Kinetic by Uniti the number one choice for telecommunications. What You’ll Do: Support the development of the Kinetic fiber to the home (FTTH) pricing strategy through detailed analyses of different broadband pricing decisions. Develop expertise in P-level pricing methodology and implementation. Recommend and implement new pricing and offer strategies by discrete geographic unit (ZIP, Census Block, or Exchange) to support acquisition growth. Illustrate differences in acquisition average revenue per unit (ARPU) by implementing said strategies, including tradeoffs between unit growth and ARPU degradation. Highlight opportunities by geography to either lower pricing to drive additional unit growth or raise pricing to harvest the greatest revenue return on our FTTH investment. Use learnings from acquisition analyses and outcomes to derive pricing elasticity understanding; then apply to like-kind geographies and competition. Design reporting to shed light on the successes and struggles of all offers for different exchanges, offers, and competitive makeup. Prepare and present slide decks to Senior Leadership Team in various forums (Daily Numbers Meetings, Customer Growth, etc.) Push Kinetic forward on sales-based ARPU reporting to minimize time between pricing decisions and ARPU outcomes/readouts.  Do You Have: College degree of business focused in finance, accounting, or economics desired Must have 10+ years of experience in business and/or finance roles Strong leadership and communication skills required Proficiencies in Tableau Desktop & Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)   The starting compensation range for this job is $1126,600 to $150,800 annually.
