At Wireless Logic, we provide cutting-edge connectivity solutions and technologies to ensure a vast array of devices stay seamlessly connected.
About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Agent to support customer administration, billing processes, SIM card management, and order handling. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Support, and Operations to ensure smooth processes and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Process SIM card orders and customer requests accurately
- →Maintain customer, contract, and billing information in internal systems
- →Support monthly billing and resolve billing discrepancies
- →Manage SIM card registration and stock administration
- →Assist customers via email, phone, and ticketing systems
- →Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer and operational issues
- →Help improve processes and maintain accurate documentation
- Experience in administration, customer service, billing, or operations support
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
