WisdomTree is seeking an HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. This role is crucial for supporting the day-to-day execution of HR operations while partnering closely with the broader HR team to deliver a seamless employee experience across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with a demonstrated interest in Human Resources. They will be resourceful, highly organized, and comfortable managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to gain broad exposure across HR, including benefits, recruiting, HR systems, and employee experience.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks, new hire documentation, benefits enrollment, and I-9 verification

Respond to employee HR-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, employee questions, and coordination with vendors and payroll providers

Maintain and update employee data within HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication

Maintain regular communication with hiring managers regarding interview scheduling, candidate feedback, and process updates

Assist with employee relations matters and documentation as needed

Support administration of HR systems, including performance management, applicant tracking, engagement, and HRIS platforms

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, IT) on HR-related processes and initiatives

Generate reports and support HR analytics and data tracking

Assist with special projects, research, and ad hoc HR initiatives

Comfortable experimenting with AI tools to support day to day HR activities

2–3 years of experience in an HR, HR operations, or HR coordinator/analyst role

Working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration

Experience working with HR systems (e.g.ADP, Lever, cultureamp HExposure to recruiting processes and coordination

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated openness to feedback and collaboration

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and using Chat GP

Experience in financial services or a corporate environment

Familiarity with HR analytics tools (e.g., Knoetic)

Exposure to compensation, payroll, or compliance processes
