About the Role
~1 min readThe global Wire and Cable Innovation Team is looking for an experienced, energetic leader for the EMEA regional team. Leading a team of around 12-14 Associates across the Pleinfeld and Dundee plants, the regional leader role brings a great opportunity to be a vital part of the envisaged change in how we execute on the development of new products in search of significant new revenue growth.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide technical leadership for NPD projects in the region, including Milestone definitions, RWW, PGR, investments, Customer Sampling, etc.
- →Provide input and collaborate in development of global W&C technical plan
- →Ensure effective execution of W&C projects in the region using best practices and consistent business processes.
- →Manage resourcing for regional projects.
- →Ensure robust communication link between regional and global teams.
- →Lead and develop regional team, creating clarity of direction, strong accountability, and a culture of high performance and continuous learning to meet future business needs.
- →Ensure local compliance with relevant regulations and specific industry standards.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Several years of experience in technical leader role, or technical project management, or innovation leadership.
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer needs.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex portfolios.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 15%
Requirements
~2 min read- Experience in Semiconductor or Aerospace Industry beneficial
