Our Onboarding teams create and build our relationships with merchants. Together, we’ve helped big brands, local stores and neighborhood restaurants do over €15 billion’s worth of business through our platform. We’re constantly launching new cities and products, so there are always new opportunities to expand your skills and progress your career. 

• Onboard venues into Wolt's platform - booking and uploading photos, uploading menus to set guides, menu and profile translations, training and restaurant/retail support.
• Ensuring Restaurant and Retail Partner profiles on the platform are up to date and to support them on a day-to-day basis together with Support Associates.
• Proactively search for knowledge cross functions when needed.
• Follow-up on personal and team KPIs for lead time and onboarding volume.
• Work together with Development Managers to optimize Restaurant and Retail Partner performance.

• Being able to carry the duties and responsibilities of the role listed above.
• Have a self-starter mindset and willingness to contribute to hands-on activities in a flat organisation.
• Contribute to structure and have an eye for details.
• Be able to collaborate and proactively communicate clearly both verbally and in written form with various stakeholders, English and Norwegian.
• Be able to prioritise Wolt culture and values as the fundamental elements of Wolt growing as a successful business.
