At Wolt, we’re building the best possible experience for our customers — and high-quality visual content plays a critical role in that journey. We are looking for an Imaging Specialist to own and scale imaging operations across the market, ensuring merchants maintain strong image quality and coverage across the platform.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end imaging operations, collaborate closely with merchants and external photography partners, and drive initiatives that improve image coverage, catalog quality, and overall customer experience.

• →Managing and coordinating onboarding photoshoots for newly launched merchants
• →Handling complementary photoshoots when merchants update their menus with new items
• →Monitoring image coverage metrics and proactively identifying opportunities to improve catalog completeness and quality
• →Reviewing merchant-uploaded content and ensuring images meet platform quality standards
• →Managing low-quality image replacement workflows and coordinating image removals when needed
• →Working closely with external imaging partners and photographers to ensure operational excellence and timely delivery
• →Acting as the main point of contact for imaging-related operations within the markets (Greece & Cyprus)
• →Collaborating cross-functionally with Merchant Services, Onboarding, Commercial, and Operations teams
• →Supporting imaging-related projects and process improvement initiatives
• →Maintaining strong operational tracking and reporting around imaging performance and coverage 

• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple operational workflows simultaneously
• High attention to detail and strong quality mindset
• Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance tracking
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and drive ownership across projects
• Experience in operations, onboarding, merchant services, or content management is considered a plus
• Familiarity with food delivery, marketplace, or e-commerce environments is a plus
• Fluent in Greek and English
