Onboarding Specialist

•  • Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new venues, including reviewing partner information, validating contracts, coordinating menu setup and translations, and organizing full photo coverage.
•  • Setting up Wolt gear, providing training on its usage, and conducting both online and offline sessions on the Wolt Merchant app.
•  • Establishing strong partner relationships within the first 30 days post-launch, ensuring engagement and operational readiness.
•  • Supporting technical integrations (API or SFTP) and taking ownership of complex onboarding and integration cases.
•  • Leading local and global onboarding-related initiatives and providing mentorship to Onboarding Associates when needed.
•  Train and mentor new joiners into the role.
• Be involved in broader projects that optimize daily operations.   

- Has 1+ years of experience in onboarding, operations, or partner success, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrates excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to different audiences and situations.
• Is proactive, accountable, and able to work independently to drive outcomes.
• Is fluent in Russian, has good command of Kazakh, and speaks intermediate English.
