Within the Immersive Experiences & Production team, we bring together creative excellence, design expertise, technical innovation and production leadership to deliver scalable, high-quality experiences—from concept to production.

We build and operate AI-powered content production ecosystems for global brands, combining design, creativity, engineering and automation to deliver content at scale. Through our AI Production Studio, we enable faster, smarter and more consistent content creation across multiple brands, markets and channels.

 

To support the growing demand for AI-powered content production, we are looking for an experienced Creative Production Lead – AI Content to lead the content programs for a global FMCG client.

This is a hybrid role combining creative production, digital design, AI content creation and client leadership. You will coordinate AI-powered content production, work directly with global clients, lead an international production team and actively create AI-generated content yourself.

Together with our creative and engineering teams, you will help optimize and scale our AI Production Platform, continuously improving its workflows, efficiency and production quality.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a global FMCG client, managing day-to-day communication, project alignment and stakeholder expectations.
  • Review incoming creative briefs, assess project feasibility and define scope, timelines and production requirements.
  • Set up and structure project workflows within collaborative planning environments (e.g. FigJam), ensuring all required assets, information and dependencies are in place before production begins.
  • Coordinate and oversee AI-powered content production across multiple brands and workstreams.
  • Lead, mentor and provide creative direction to a dedicated India-based production team, ensuring high-quality output and continuous improvement.
  • Review, consolidate and communicate client feedback, managing approval cycles and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Take an active hands-on role in AI content creation by generating, refining and optimizing digital assets using our AI Production Platform
  • Serve as the key interface between clients, creative teams, production specialists and technology stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and engineering teams by providing production feedback, testing new capabilities and helping improve our AI Production Platform.
  • Document project learnings, best practices and workflow improvements to support operational excellence and scalability.
  • Ensure visual consistency, brand compliance and creative quality across all deliverables.
  • Several years of experience in creative production, digital design, content production, creative operations or a related field.
  • Good understanding of generative AI workflows and production automation.
  • Experience managing client relationships and communicating confidently with international stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to coordinate projects involving multiple teams, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
  • Strong attention to visual quality, image aesthetics and brand consistency.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and guide teams toward high-quality outcomes.
  • Experience working with global consumer brands or FMCG clients is a plus.
  • Curiosity for emerging AI technologies and enthusiasm for shaping AI-powered creative production.
  • A structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
