We are hiring a Junior Legal Counsel / Legal Specialist to join our growing team and support a broad range of legal and business-related matters in a fast-moving global environment.

You’ll work across teams, help translate legal considerations into practical solutions, and gain exposure to real business operations in the crypto trading space. This role offers the opportunity to learn quickly and grow alongside the team.

• →Support drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal and business-related documents
• →Assist with internal documentation, coordination, and compliance-related materials
• →Conduct legal research on specific topics as needed
• →Work with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives with legal input
• →Contribute to ad-hoc projects and process improvements

• Provide reliable and accurate legal support
• Keep documentation and coordination running smoothly
• Take on increasing responsibility over time
• Contribute to efficient and well-organized legal and business

• Background in law or legal-related studies
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
• Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment
• Able to work in English
• Interest in gaining exposure to business operations in a fast-growing environment
