Responsibilities

Provide consultant-level care in gastroenterology, including outpatient and inpatient services

Perform and oversee diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures (e.g., gastroscopy, colonoscopy)

Manage a broad range of gastrointestinal and hepatology conditions
→
Participate in general medical on-call rota as required
→
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across specialties
→
Contribute to service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives

Supervise and support NCHDs and other junior staff
