The Architecture Intern I will gain hands-on experience working alongside licensed architects and designers on active projects, supporting architectural design, drafting, and project coordination efforts. This role contributes to project deliverables while fostering the development of technical, professional, and collaborative skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Under the supervision of licensed architects, the Architecture Intern will:
- Assist with architectural design tasks including conceptual development, drafting, and 3D modeling
- Support the preparation of drawings, renderings, and presentation materials
- Utilize architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct research related to architectural design trends, materials, and building systems
- Participate in team meetings, design reviews, and collaborative work sessions
- Assist with maintaining organized project documentation and files
- Adhere to established project schedules, quality standards, and internal procedures
Requirements

- Working knowledge of architectural drafting and modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
- Basic understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods
- Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a team-based environment
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements

- Ability to occasionally reach, bend, stoop, kneel, climb, or balance
- Ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Visual acuity including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
