Woolpert is hiring a Director, Change Management to join our dynamic Business Transformation team. This position reports to the Global Head, Business Transformation, and is responsible for developing a strategic, results-driven approach to lead organizational engagement, readiness, and adoption for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and M&A integrations. This role is responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that drive adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure the successful implementation of organizational changes across people, processes, and technology.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead the design and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for large-scale business transformation initiatives and acquisition integrations
- →Partner with executive leadership to align change initiatives with business goals and organizational priorities
- →Establish and oversee change frameworks, methodologies, tools, and governance
- →Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies across all levels of the organization, both internal and acquisition company stakeholders
- →Drive communication planning and execution to ensure clear, consistent messaging
- →Lead organizational readiness assessments and develop mitigation plans
- →Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional change management team
- →Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to integrate change practices into project delivery
- →Define and track success metrics (KPIs) to measure adoption, engagement, and business impact
- →Identify risks and resistance points and proactively develop mitigation strategies
- →Champion a culture of continuous improvement and change agility
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA or related field) preferred
- →10+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation leadership
- →Proven experience leading large, complex enterprise transformations
- →Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR or similar frameworks)
- →Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- →Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior executives
- →Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have

- Experience in business/digital transformation or M&A integration related change management
- Background in consulting or large-scale program management
