• →Minimum 5 years of local experience 
• →Has a good understanding of design and construction documentation  
• →Has a solid understanding of Australian building codes   
• →Strong level of technical/construction knowledge is highly regarded  
• →Experience working in complex commercial project or large scale multi-residential projects is highly regarded
• →Capacity to work as part of a team with the ability to work autonomously as required    
• →Revit proficiency is essential
• →Rendering (Enscape, Lumion) and Photoshop skills will also be highly regarded
