We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to scale our UKI region and sales team to the next level. A talented group is in place, and UKI is a key focus market as we expand globally.   • Building and strengthening your team through effective recruiting, hiring, and development strategies.

  • Iterating upon the sales cycle for Account Executives, including coaching the sales team and sharing best practices across the organisation.

    • Proven track record of scaling a software business in the UKI market, including sales and people management, ideally within the integration, middleware, automation, or enterprise software space.

    • Minimum of 3 years experience managing a high performing team and 5+ years experience as an individual contributor

    • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding country/region quotas.

    • Passion for mentoring Account Executives and supporting their career growth.

    • An enthusiastic team player who thrives in a high-growth environment.
