• →Design, develop, and maintain high-performance connectors using Golang.
• →Provide technical leadership in microservices architecture, establishing best practices for RESTful and gRPC API design.
• →Contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from design through deployment and maintenance.
• →Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• →Conduct deep performance tuning and optimization to eliminate bottlenecks in high-scale production environments.
• →Participate in architecture discussions and propose improvements to existing systems.
• →Troubleshoot production issues and improve system stability.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
• →Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to engineering practices.

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on backend systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing production applications with Golang.
• Strong experience building and scaling distributed, highly available systems.
• Strong understanding of Go concurrency patterns — goroutines, channels, context management
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented and idiomatic Go design principles
• Experience designing and building REST APIs and microservices.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, HTTP, gRPC, and messaging systems.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and caching technologies including Redis or Memcached.
• Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a broad audience and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience writing unit, integration, and performance tests.
• Contributions to Open Source projects are a plus.
