What We Offer
~1 min readResponsibilities
~1 min read- →You'll manage the end-to-end administration of our sales compensation programs, including commission calculations, reconciliations, adjustments, and payouts, ensuring everything is accurate and settled on time. You'll work within our ICM tools (CaptivateIQ experience is a big plus) and across platforms like Salesforce and Snowflake, maintaining data integrity through both system controls and manual audits.
- →Beyond the day-to-day, you'll build and document scalable processes, develop training materials for our sales and field ops teams, and support monthly accruals and forecasting through scenario modeling. When commission inquiries come in, you'll be the go-to person who resolves them with clarity and care.
- →You'll also partner with Sales Compensation Management to model, develop, and refine commission plans and Rules of Engagement — and flag opportunities to improve how we do things.
You'll also handle ad hoc reporting across compensation, headcount, diversity, and other team initiatives, and work closely with auditors when documentation is needed.
- You have 3–5 years of sales compensation experience, ideally in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments where context-switching is a daily reality.
- You're comfortable administering commission systems end to end — entering new hires, updating records, running audits, and pulling reports.
- A bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) rounds out your foundation, and ICM tool admin certification is highly preferred.
- You're sharp with numbers, meticulous with details, and confident working across Excel (complex formulas are your thing). CaptivateIQ or Xactly experience is a big plus.
- You communicate with precision and empathy — whether you're explaining a commission calculation to a rep or presenting analysis to leadership.
- You handle confidential information with integrity, manage competing priorities with ease, and thrive working independently in a remote environment.
