Overview: The Political Science program in the College of Arts & Sciences of Quinnipiac University seeks highly qualified applicants who are committed to excellence in teaching for part-time faculty openings for the AY 26/27 school year.
About the School/Program:

The breadth of programs offered in the College of Arts & Sciences provides the traditional strengths of a liberal arts education, with a focus on cultivating the intellectual and practical skills that students need for their personal and professional lives. The College of Arts and Sciences offers undergraduate majors in behavioral neuroscience, biochemistry, biology, chemistry, criminal justice, economics, English, game design and development, gerontology, history, independent majors, interdisciplinary studies, law in society, mathematics, philosophy, political science, psychology, sociology, Spanish language and literature, and theater.

Responsibilities

Applications must be submitted electronically and include a cover letter indicating which course(s) you are interested in teaching, along with your time availability for fall term, curriculum vitae or resume including details of teaching experience, scholarship achievements and applied experience; a statement of teaching philosophy and a summary of teaching effectiveness on-site and on-line, and the names and contact information for three references on the application form. Reference letters and formal teaching evaluations will only be required at the interview stage.
