Job Title:	Assistant for the Dean of Students Office
Department:	Dean of Students

Responsibilities:	Answer phones Greet visitors in professional manner File, make copies, maintain supplies and inventory Distribute mail Additional administrative support as needed Adhere to policies and procedures as outlined in the Student Employee Handbook
Qualifications:	Recipient of Federal Work Study Ability to maintain confidentiality Strong work ethic and attention to detail Excellent customer service Positive representation of Quinnipiac University and the Office of Student Affairs Excellent communication and organizational skills Dependable and punctual
Hours of Position:	Up to 10hrs per week Must have availability Wednesdays 10am – 2pm
