Job Title:	Jewish Life Logistics & Digital Coordinator
Department:	DCGE
Student Employment Type:	Federal Work-Study
Responsibilities:	Maintain all Hereld House digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and GroupMe, ensuring consistent branding and communication. Support the Coordinator of Jewish Life in the organizational logistics, scheduling, and delivery of after-hours and weekend events. Coordinate with external groups and campus partners to co-advertise events and manage the promotional calendar for Jewish Life. Manage the "back-end" of university-wide events (like Admissions Open House) by ensuring materials, sign-ups, and digital assets are ready for the team.
Qualifications:	Good interpersonal skills Strong oral and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
