Internship Content & Process Writer

At Workwize, we're on a mission to revolutionize how companies support their global teams. As a fast-scaling SaaS platform based in the Netherlands, we help businesses streamline remote equipment management — globally and effortlessly. To keep pace with our rapid growth, we're looking for a curious and structured Content & Process Writer Intern to support our Content Writer in turning complex information into clear, engaging, and user-friendly content.

Must-haves:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Please note that this is an operational internship focused entirely on hands-on content work. We are not able to accommodate thesis or research-based internship requirements.
• Exceptional written English with a knack for simplifying complex topics.
• Ready for a challenge. This internship requires a lot of process learning in a short time!
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Structured and great problem solver
• Excellent communication and team working skills
• Available for a full-time internship for 6 months

Nice-to-haves:

• Any experience with documentation or knowledge base tools (e.g., Zendesk, Notion, Confluence, Salesforce).
• Interest in AI tools and automated support workflows.
• A portfolio of writing samples — academic or professional.
