Why we're hiring:
The Programme Administrator (PA) is responsible for the successful maintenance, and continuous optimisation of WPP’s Commercial Card programme administration process. The role ensures accurate setup, compliant administration, effective cardholder support, and strong operational governance across regions and local entities.
The PA acts as the central coordination point between WPP Shared Services, local finance teams, cardholders, Onboarding, Service teams, and Programme Managers. The role combines operational execution, process governance, user support, and system administration.
What you'll be doing:
- Maintain cardholder accounts, corporate billing accounts, and programme hierarchies.
- Monitoring centrally billed payment processes and ensure timely settlement.
- Administer account updates (name changes, company changes, hierarchical moves).
- Provide guidance on applications, card issuance criteria, credit limits, and transaction limits.
- Monitor, report, and remediate cardholder delinquency issues.
- Support rollouts of new divisions, sites, billing accounts, and programme expansions.
- Provide continuous cardholder and PA education.
What you'll need:
- Strong understanding of commercial card processes (T&E, P‑Card, Corporate Card).
- Proficiency with Corporate Card administration, reporting, applications, and maintenance ideal.
- Knowledge of WPP hierarchy setup, MCC controls, card issuance policies, and billing structures.
- Ability to manage data accuracy across systems
- High attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder‑management capability.
- Ability to act as a change agent during process transitions.
- Problem‑solving and issue‑management mindset.
- Ability to deliver training to end users and local teams.
- Familiarity with KYC, credit structures, and contracting processes.
- Understanding of internal cardholder policies and audit requirements.
