Senior FP&A Analyst (FTC)

Why we're hiring:

We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to support our WPP Group FP&A team and help drive informed decision-making. This London-based role requires three days per week in the office and involves compiling, analysing, and interpreting financial data, developing financial models, preparing reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to provide valuable insights into business performance.

What you'll be doing:

• Consolidate and analyse group financial data to support financial reporting and performance tracking
• Produce monthly management reports, board materials, and trading insights for WPP’s senior leadership
• Support performance monitoring and KPI tracking across the business, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions where necessary
• Coordinate and consolidate proforma submissions across networks, ensuring accurate like-for-like comparatives
• Deliver high-quality financial modelling and ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and operational improvements
• Respond to ad-hoc stakeholder requests with clear, timely analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiency

What you'll need:

• Degree educated with experience in financial analysis
• Part-qualified or qualified accountant (or working towards)
• Significant FP&A experience in a complex, global business
• Advanced Excel skills (modelling, data analysis, dashboards)
• High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• A collaborative and adaptable approach
