Requirements Summary

Fluent in written and spoken English. Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Applicants must be willing to work at Surian Tower, Mutiara Damansara.

Assists in end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to the post-interview process.
Monitors the progress of recruitment activities and liaises with respective Heads on progress.
Maintains and updates personnel files of all employees (permanent and contract).

Supports the review of new and existing L&D programmes and calendars.
Coordinates the running of the company’s training programme.
Maintains training records for all employees.
Look for potential training providers who can deliver the training needed for the organizations.

✓Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of department and services performed.

Record and maintain IT hardware.
Direct liaison with Vendors and Building Management.
Raise purchase orders when necessary.

Assist in ad-hoc functions, assignments and related duties as and when required.

Requirements

No working experience is required.
