We are currently looking for a Business Unit Lead or Advocacy lead. The role will be responsible to drive the development of Indonesia’s largest content/influencer marketing strategy and plans as a form of service or product for clients as well as a tool to support the growth of digital business for WPP Media’s agencies.

The role will shape the future of influencer marketing in Indonesia, leading the largest beauty and advocacy team in the country for the world’s top beauty brand. You will be responsible for overseeing over 100+ employees expert on beauty, influencer marketing and social commerce. The role is at the forefront of driving strategic planning, operational management and building new commercial models.

Requirements

  • Lead strategic planning for entire business unit dedicated to one of the globally leading beauty brands
  • Develop a full funnel planning methodology to reconnect upper funnel (influencers) to lower funnel (affiliates) creators
  • Drive a sharp point of view on beauty category landscape, influencer and affiliate landscape
  • Unify process between affiliate and influencers through one planning process called Share of Voice Planning
  • Pivot into new planning methodologies by identifying new trends per channel platform and define the right KOL mix to achieve content plan objectives
  • Supervise Content Planning Manager and Executives to define the right KOL Content plan messaging aligned with brand objectives
  • Supervise Content Planning Group Head and Managers in monitoring campaign phasing versus budget and ambition
  • Develop the right template for KOL briefing and content plan, supervise KOL brief and content idea/ messaging
  • Supervise KOL content plan quality, ensuring standardization and templates applied
  • Set the ways of working on account planning and regular client stakeholder
  • Liaise with senior client stakeholders to set annual ambition and plans
  • Ensure client satisfaction on brand’s performance
  • Lead regular client interaction and monthly performance review
  • Drive the right team structure and commercial fees
  • Support Client President, GOAT Country Lead and GOAT Trading Lead in managing costs with Buying team based on budgets
  • Support Client President, GOAT Country Lead and GOAT Trading Lead in ensuring budget spend tracker is 100% updated and no overspends
  • Identify new tools, practices to drive competitive advantage for planning
  • Lead in developing new case studies or portfolio that can establish the value of the service
  • Set new innovations on planning and practice for influencer marketing
