This role is within WPP Media OOH team, where you will be entering a new era for OOH, one defined by significant growth, disruption and tech innovation. We want to be the agency that is leading the industry through this change. To deliver outcomes that are human, inspiring and effective.

As an Associate, Digital Operations, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Digital Operations Managers verifying and monitoring the delivery of our clients’ digital and classic Out-of-Home (OOH) campaigns. You’ll do this by assisting the team collecting trading documentation, mid and end of campaign reporting, and completing any operational administrative duties associated with our campaign management flow.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing trading documents (trading sheets, media plans and site lists) associated with the campaigns managed by the VAS team, and saving these documents on the shared drive.
  • Ensuring that any updates of trading documentation are shared with relevant stakeholders.
  • Supporting Digital Operation Managers monitoring the delivery of OOH campaigns using 3rd-party verification tools, ensuring that campaigns deliver as expected.
  • Sharing relevant findings regarding campaign performance and any optimisation or troubleshooting recommendations with Digital Operation Managers.
  • Helping wider trading team collecting data for the Market Update.
  • Assisting Digital Operation Managers on keeping our internal project management tool (ClickUp) up to date.

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of digital operations.
  • Capable of quick thinking and making prompt decisions in response to changes.
  • Adaptable and confident communication skills – comfortable to challenge, ask questions, and report findings to the team.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills to support operational performance assessments.
