The Bidding Platform Specialist Senior is responsible for the implementation, monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement of digital advertising campaigns across multiple paid media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Kwai, and others, ensuring execution aligns with global standards and guidelines. This role plays a key impact in minimizing execution errors, enhancing campaign performance through effective bidding and optimization strategies, and delivering clear, accurate, and actionable reports. Additionally, the specialist provides leadership and operational support to internal teams, resolves campaign-related issues, and maintains assertive, transparent communication with clients to ensure they clearly understand campaign performance, processes, and results, ultimately driving efficiency, client satisfaction, and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience executing and optimizing digital paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Kwai, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, bidding strategies, campaign monitoring, and optimization.
  • Intermediate Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and performance tracking.
  • High analytical and problem-solving capabilities to minimize errors and improve campaign performance.
  • Intermediate English proficiency with clear communication and strategic thinking skills.
