We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to oversee one of our largest media operations for a global account in the beauty industry. This professional will serve as the central, strategic figure in the client relationship across Latin America, acting as the primary architect of the media strategy and ensuring excellence in execution.

We are looking for a hybrid profile that combines the business acumen and relationship-building skills of a Media Manager with technical expertise. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the team, developing team members, translating client needs into effective media plans, and ensuring that all areas of the business (Strategy, Operations, BI, etc.) work together seamlessly to exceed client objectives. Advanced/fluent English is required for frequent contact with Regional (LATAM) and Global teams.

  • Serve as the client’s primary point of contact, building a relationship of trust and ensuring that communication is smooth and transparent, especially with the client’s teams in the LATAM region.
  • Develop and present macro-level strategic campaign planning, defining objectives, KPIs, target audience, channels, and budget aligned with the client’s business, with a strong focus on branding and performance strategies for the beauty and retail sectors.
  • Maintain constant contact with media outlets and partners to identify opportunities, negotiate, and propose improvements, including e-commerce and retail media partners and platforms.
  • Monitor the budget and forecast, ensuring the account’s financial health.
  • Work with the Account Director to identify and propose new business opportunities.
  • Manage and develop the team (supervisors, analysts) through feedback, development plans, and career tracking.
  • Oversee the execution of daily processes alongside the supervisor, ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and proper management of the team’s workload.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the agency’s cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Talent, etc.).

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management and/or media management at an agency, with experience managing global accounts.
  • Advanced English.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital media, with experience in branding and performance campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of retail media strategies and platforms such as Amazon Ads and other strategic partners.
  • Experience with media planning and research tools (e.g., Kantar IBOPE Media, comScore, audience and competitor tools).
  • Relevant experience in the beauty, retail, or e-commerce industry is a plus.
  • Proven experience in people management and development.
  • Strategic business vision (client and market) and ability to develop account plans (Account Planning).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage the team’s workload with attention to detail to ensure the quality of deliverables.
