About the Role

  • Working with the industry’s leading team of media performance experts in digital channels and platforms, search, social and programmatic, AI, cross-channel optimization, and data driven technologies and software.  
  • Working closely with agency client leads, planners and clients themselves to strategically expand their use of WPP Media Solutions both in terms of revenue and footprint. 
  • Working closely with Media Solutions and expert Practice leaders to drive excellence in client development, strategic proposals so as to present WPP Media Solutions to the best potential. 

 

  • An in-depth knowledge of WPP Media Solutions offerings and process. 
  • Contribute to campaign planning and proposals. 

 

  • Independently manage campaign planning and proposals. 
  • Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns. 
  • Coordinate communication with the Operations team before, during, and after the campaigns, co-work with the wider team, regional client growth team, marketing science team and marketing team. 

 

  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on WPP Media Media Solutions offerings and process. 
  • Develop long term relationships with all your designated media buying agencies & clients.  
  • Contribute to strategy building for campaign to best deploy cross-channel solutions for clients. 

 

  • Collaborate with planning team to develop and execute media plan based on client’s brief. 
  • Evangelize Nexus Media Solutions, it’s values and act as an NMS campaign planning expert. 
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective media planning and execution. 
  • Ensure the sales administration process adhere to best practice and see that all service levels are optimum. 
  • Ensure your client base have updated information including sales collateral and information on new solutions and capabilities.

Requirements

  • 1-year professional experience with digital marketing agency, ad network or other digital media company. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.  
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent diploma in disciplines such as Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Business Studies or relevant experience. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel 
  • Passionate about Media and Advertising and eager to keep learning 
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced deadline driven environment.  
  • Strong interpersonal skills
