The Executive, Performance (Commerce) is responsible for executing and supporting performance marketing activities across the client’s commerce ecosystem, including marketplace platforms, owned Eshop (web and app), and store traffic campaigns.
- Support the execution and optimization of media campaigns across marketplace platforms, including sponsored solutions, search, and in-platform traffic drivers
- Translate category priorities, key product focus (hero SKUs), and campaign initiatives into structured campaign setups
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve return on ad spend (ROAS), visibility, and revenue contribution
- Contribute to performance analysis and reporting to support continuous improvement in marketplace effectiveness
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns to drive qualified traffic to the client’s Eshop platforms
- Monitor and assess performance across the conversion funnel, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Support campaign planning through budget allocation inputs, audience targeting logic, and performance estimation
- Collaborate with CRM, analytics, and product teams to ensure alignment on landing pages, tracking, and user experience
- Execute geo-targeted media campaigns designed to drive traffic to physical store locations
- Support campaigns for store launches, retail promotions, and localized activations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (retail, operations, and marketing teams) to ensure campaign readiness and alignment with store priorities
- Monitor and evaluate local campaign performance, providing insights by location and campaign type
Across all areas, the role is expected to:
- Conduct regular campaign monitoring, optimization, and quality checks
- Manage budget pacing and ensure delivery accuracy
- Identify and resolve issues related to tracking, targeting, and conversion performance in a timely manner
- Prepare structured weekly and monthly reports, highlighting key performance trends, issues, and recommended actions
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, E-commerce, or a related field
- 1+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing, ecommerce media, marketplace operations, or digital campaign execution
- Proven hands-on experience in campaign setup, execution, optimization, and reporting across digital media platforms
- Solid understanding of key performance marketing metrics, including ROAS, CAC, CR, and traffic quality
- Good knowledge of conversion funnel dynamics across web, app, and/or marketplace environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, along with familiarity with reporting dashboards and media platforms
- Candidates with experience in any of the following channels are preferred:
- Marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tiki)
- Performance marketing channels for web and app (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Geo-targeted or store traffic campaigns
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution quality and accuracy
- Proactive in identifying issues and driving continuous optimization
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external partners
- Clear and structured communication, with the ability to present performance insights effectively
