As a Paid Social Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. You will leverage social listening tools and platform analytics to generate actionable insights and monitor key performance indicators, ensuring campaigns achieve objectives in engagement, conversion rates, and community sentiment. Collaborating closely with planning teams, internal stakeholders, and clients, you will align social strategies with broader business goals, develop innovative solutions to improve audience segmentation and creative performance, and drive measurable ROI, maximizing the impact of digital advertising investments.

- →Make Strategies and Planning
- →Execution and Optimization for Paid campaigns across social media platforms
- →Create Performance reports & review deck for clients
- →Understand the projects and clients requirements & deliver accordingly
Coordinate with cross functions to deploy campaigns
Requirements
~1 min read- Graduation or Post Graduation Degree in Any stream
- 0-2 years of Experience of running paid social campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of social platforms (TikTok, Facebook,etc.)
- Have handled large campaign setup loads (Ideal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS-Office
- Should be able to Multi task and handle multiple campaigns at one time
- Hand on experience in social media advertising and ad creation & optimization
- Active interest in digital, Paid media, planning, strategizing, web analytics and other aspects of performance marketing.
- 100% OTIF Delivery across all campaigns

- Actionable insights delivered across campaigns
