Executive Social Commerce will support the execution and optimization of affiliate marketing campaigns across client accounts. This role focuses on day-to-day operations, publisher coordination, performance monitoring, and reporting to ensure campaigns run smoothly and achieve performance targets.
This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are interested in performance marketing, data analysis, and digital commerce within an advertising agency environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Assist in setting up and launching affiliate campaigns across networks and platforms.
- Upload banners, track links, promo codes, and campaign materials.
- Ensure tracking links and conversion tags are properly implemented.
- Monitor live campaigns to ensure smooth delivery.
- Track daily and weekly performance metrics (clicks, conversions, revenue, CPA, ROAS).
- Prepare regular performance reports for internal and client review.
- Identify basic trends and flag underperformance to Manager.
- Support data analysis for optimization recommendations.
- Communicate with affiliate networks and publishers for campaign updates and placements.
- Assist in onboarding new publishers.
- Follow up on creative materials, promotional timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain database of active publishers and campaign performance.
- Support A/B testing initiatives (commission models, placements, creatives).
- Assist in updating commission structures based on performance direction from Manager.
- Monitor campaign pacing and budget allocation.
- Maintain accurate documentation of campaign briefs and performance results.
- Ensure billing and commission data are aligned with finance requirements.
- Support preparation for client meetings and QBR materials.
- Accuracy and timeliness of campaign setup

Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing (internship experience welcome).
- Strong interest in data analysis and performance-driven marketing.
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
