As an Implementation & Activation Executive, you play a crucial foundational role in ensuring the success of our clients' campaigns. You are responsible for the meticulous implementation, optimization, monitoring, and reporting of media campaigns across various channels. Working closely with your manager, you will contribute to delivering best-in-class solutions, providing unparalleled service, and achieving client targets. This role is essential for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and impact in campaign delivery.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support the booking, loading, optimization, material instruction, and tracking of client media campaigns, adhering to marketplace best practices and ensuring immaculate attention to detail.
- →Ensure 100% accuracy and adherence to all financial and compliance processes, including bookings, loadings, account queries, and monthly proforma checks.
- →Assist in the development of insightful post-campaign analysis reports.
- →Develop an understanding of client challenges, objectives, and initiatives to support effective campaign delivery.
- →Contribute to building the agency's reputation for outstanding client service and delivery.
- →Actively engage with media partners to build knowledge of the media landscape, core media principles, and channel capabilities.
- →Collaborate with internal product teams to understand and leverage proprietary solutions relevant to client campaigns.
- →Contribute innovative thinking and leverage market insights for campaign optimization.
- →Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders on campaign delivery and reporting.
- →Actively contribute to team meetings, taking ownership of follow-up actions when assigned.
- →Support client relationship building at a junior level, specifically related to campaign activation.
Requirements

- Relevant experience in a media or marketing environment.
- Developing knowledge of the media landscape and audience insights.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

- Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal).
- Results-oriented with an ability to understand and articulate campaign performance.
