This role is within The Goat Agency, a leading brand within WPP Media, where you will be instrumental in helping global brands harness the power of social and creator-led content to deliver measurable impact. Recognised as a global leader in the space, we deliver award-winning campaigns in more than 70 countries. With over 650 social natives worldwide, we create ambitious influencer programmes from tactical activations to long-term partnerships, designed to drive awareness, engagement and conversions across the full marketing funnel.
About the Role
~1 min readAs a Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our influencer and social marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of campaigns, from conceptualisation to delivery, ensuring that each project meets its objectives and delivers exceptional results for our clients.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop influencer marketing strategies and campaign plans tailored to client objectives.
- →Identify and select suitable influencers, considering brand alignment and audience reach.
- →Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse network of influencers.
- →Negotiate and secure influencer partnerships, including compensation, deliverables, and contractual agreements.
- →Provide influencers with clear guidelines and creative briefs for campaign content.
- →Review and approve influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- →Coordinate content approvals with clients and ensure all necessary revisions are made.
- →Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all campaign milestones are met.
- →Oversee budgets and expenditures for each campaign to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- →Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
Requirements
~2 min read- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience planning and executing influencer campaigns.
- Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritising an ever-changing workload.
- Competent writing and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively and calmly under pressure.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and social metrics (impressions, reach, engagements).
