• →Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
• →Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in risk, control, or compliance functions, with a strong background in SOX compliance; prior experience in an audit firm is a distinct advantage
• →Solid understanding of internal controls, ICFR frameworks, and audit processes
• →Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex compliance matters clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders
• →Proven ability to work independently with a high level of initiative, self motivation, and ownership
• →Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with a collaborative and approachable style that builds trust across all levels of the organization
• →Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to identify risks and recommend practical solutions
• →Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
