The purpose of this document is to help prospective team members better understand the role and responsibilities with the position of Influencer Associate Director at OpenDoor, WPP’s bespoke global operating model for Amazon.

About the Role
~1 min readWe are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our OpenDoor team as a Senior Influencer Executive. This is a full-time position based in Beirut. This role plays a crucial part in supporting WPP's mission to deliver consistency, delivery excellence and best in class service for Amazon in every country across its diverse businesses, including XCM, Prime Video, and RMI.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
- →Identify, vet, and recruit relevant influencers across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) based on audience demographics, engagement rates, and brand alignment.
- →Negotiate contracts and manage influencer relationships, ensuring clear communication, timely execution, and adherence to campaign guidelines.
- →Oversee the creation of engaging and authentic content in collaboration with influencers, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
- →Manage project workflows, timelines, and budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- →Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- →Present strategies, progress updates, and results to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- →Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team and clients.
- →Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., social media, content marketing, paid media) to integrate influencer marketing into broader marketing strategies.
- →Ensure all influencer marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience working with diverse influencer audiences and across multiple social media platforms.
- Experience in managing influencer budgets and negotiating contracts.
- Experience in creating influencer marketing reports and presentations.
- Experience in working with international clients and influencers.
- Experience in crisis management related to influencer campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decision.
