We are looking for a strategic, curious, and highly motivated Content Strategist, Senior Executive to join our team. This hybrid role combines content strategy, campaign planning, and client servicing, with a strong focus on the social and influencer landscape.
The ideal candidate is someone who naturally looks for the “why” behind every brief — a critical thinker who can research, uncover insights, and translate them into data-led, insight-driven, and innovative ideas for clients. You will play an important role in shaping end-to-end content strategy, supporting creator ecosystem management, and delivering platform-first storytelling that drives brand relevance and cultural impact.
In this role, you will work closely with the Campaign Planning, and Creative teams, as well as clients and external partners, to develop meaningful, relevant, and effective campaigns. You will also help position the agency as a trusted advisor in the influencer space by sharing best practices, emerging trends, and new tools.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Support the development of end-to-end content strategies for social and influencer campaigns.
- Learn and use social and data tools to gather insights, conduct social audits, and identify strategic opportunities.
- Work closely with the Insights & Analytics and Campaign Planning teams to develop data-backed recommendations for clients.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to develop innovative, relevant, and platform-first ideas.
- Stay up to date with trends across major social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu (Red Note), Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Support day-to-day client servicing and maintain professional client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and workflow.
- Assist with project management by tracking deadlines, gathering feedback, and ensuring quality control.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and success.
- Respond to client needs in a timely, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
- Strong passion for people, platforms, and the evolving social and influencer landscape.
- A naturally curious mindset with a strong desire to uncover insights and opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment and collaborating across teams.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital culture.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese is a bonus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and the ability to adapt quickly to new platforms and systems.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- 2–3 years of experience in a KOL agency, creative agency, digital agency, or content/social role.
- Experience in content strategy, campaign planning, influencer marketing, or social media management.
- Experience working with multinational brands or in an agency-client environment is an added advantage.
