✓Lead the Charge: Spearhead the day-to-day delivery of cutting-edge SEO, GEO, content and adjacent consulting services, helping drive tangible client results.

✓Mentor Future Stars: Take a hands-on leadership role, mentoring and developing a growing team of junior SEO specialists to become future leaders.

✓Drive Strategy & Growth: Collaborate across teams to incorporate SEO and GEO practices into broader media strategies, delivering real, measurable results for clients.

✓Own Client Success: Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with clients, becoming their go-to leader for all things digital experience.

✓Champion Innovation: Foster a positive and experimental team culture where new ideas in the SEO space are celebrated and brought to life and enabled through work class technology investments.

✓SEO Expertise: You possess deep, up-to-date knowledge of the SEO landscape, from GEO and analytics to reporting and best-practice implementation. You demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, thriving in environments that prioritise development and mentoring.

✓Commercially Savvy: You're comfortable managing client scopes and budgets and have a keen eye for identifying opportunities to grow business.
