Role Summary and Impact
The TA Manager is responsible for leading a high-performing Talent Acquisition team within an end-to-end recruiting model. This role ensures consistent, high-quality hiring delivery by managing team capacity, driving operational excellence, and developing recruiting talent across different levels of seniority.
The TA Manager plays a critical role in connecting hiring demand with execution, aligning priorities, enabling proactive talent strategies, and ensuring the team delivers against business needs. While primarily focused on leadership and system performance, the role maintains involvement in complex or high-impact searches to stay close to the market and support successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality execution of the end-to-end TA model and proactively manage risks
- Align workload with hiring needs and enable proactive pipelining
- Set expectations, coach performance, and build a high-performing environment
- Support complex situations and manage expectations with the business
- Lead high-impact or complex roles
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and use of TA systems
- Reinforce adoption of the TA model and continuous improvement
Skills and Experience
If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Operations, ideally in global or high-volume environments
- Proven experience leading and setting performance metrics for your team
- Experience in reporting, with a strong ability to engage stakeholders through clear, data-driven conversations.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1), written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, TA process improvement and employment legislation
