We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate, Designer to support the People Team with the design and development of engaging visual communications. The role will focus on creating presentations, digital flyers, emailers, internal communications materials, and other employee-facing content. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career designer who is passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and creating clear, engaging designs.

Responsibilities

• Design professional and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for the People Team.

• Create digital flyers, posters, announcements, invitations, and other internal communication materials.

• Design emailers, newsletters, banners, and digital assets for employee campaigns and initiatives.

• Develop creative materials for employee engagement, learning and development, wellbeing, culture, and internal events.

• Apply company brand guidelines consistently across all designs.

• Work with People Team stakeholders to understand briefs, objectives, and target audiences.

• Adapt designs for different formats, platforms, and communication channels.

• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure all materials are accurate and delivered on time.

• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets.

• Support the development of reusable templates and visual resources for the People Team.

• You are an Emirati National with a family book (essential requirement).

• 0–1 year of experience in graphic design, visual communications, digital design, or a related field.

• Recent graduates and candidates with relevant internships or freelance experience are encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.

• Good attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

• Ability to manage multiple design requests and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills. •

A creative portfolio or examples of previous work is required.
