The Role
We’re seeking an experienced enterprise Paid Search leader to oversee one of the most sophisticated and high-investment engagements within Wpromote’s portfolio. This individual contributor role will act as a deeply integrated extension of the client’s marketing organization, leading paid search strategy, execution, and stakeholder management across a highly visible enterprise business.
The ideal candidate brings a strong track record managing large-scale, performance-driven paid search programs within complex stakeholder environments and significant media investment levels. This role will oversee more than $100M in annual paid search investment across multiple products, audiences, and business priorities, requiring deep expertise in enterprise search operations, executive communication, cross-functional collaboration, and performance strategy. Experience supporting enterprise SaaS, fintech, HR/payroll, or SMB platform businesses is strongly preferred.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $110,000 - $150,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus.
This role has an associated annual target bonus component which is paid out based on a number of factors which include Company performance, department performance, and individual performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed and you must be an active employee in good standing and not on a Performance Improvement Plan to be eligible for the annual bonus.
*This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions

Serving as a senior strategic partner and embedded extension of the client’s marketing organization, leading paid search strategy, performance management, and executive-level business planning across a $100M+ multi-product media investment
Operating as both a strategist and hands-on practitioner by driving campaign architecture, optimization, execution oversight, and innovation initiatives to ensure operational excellence and measurable business impact
Managing highly complex enterprise account structures across SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant paid search platforms
Balancing multiple stakeholder groups, competing business priorities, and evolving growth objectives within a sophisticated enterprise ecosystem
Driving strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, testing roadmaps, and performance optimization initiatives aligned to client growth goals and broader business objectives
Translating complex performance trends and business insights into clear, executive-level recommendations and action plans for senior client stakeholders
Partnering closely with Client Strategy, Analytics, Strategy, Creative, and channel leadership teams to ensure integrated marketing alignment and operational excellence
Identifying opportunities for innovation, growth, process improvement, and operational scalability across the engagement
Leading, developing, mentoring, and supporting a team of four Paid Search Specialists through coaching, career development, quality assurance, prioritization, and performance management
Providing strong oversight of campaign execution, QA processes, account health, and delivery standards to ensure flawless execution across the business
Driving innovation and thought leadership across enterprise paid search strategy, automation, audience targeting, measurement, and optimization initiatives
Managing and escalating critical client or account issues appropriately while maintaining strong trust and partnership with senior stakeholders
Staying at the forefront of emerging trends, platform changes, AI-driven search developments, and evolving enterprise paid media strategies
6+ years of experience managing enterprise-level paid search programs within agency and/or client-side environments
Minimum of 2 years prior staff management experience with demonstrated success in developing, mentoring, and leading high-performing team members
Proven success in managing large-scale paid search investments and highly complex account structures across enterprise organizations
Experience supporting sophisticated SaaS, fintech, HR/payroll, SMB platform, or similarly complex performance marketing businesses
Deep expertise across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, campaign architecture, automation strategies, audience targeting, bidding frameworks, feed management, and enterprise-scale optimization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leveraging performance data, GA4, and enterprise analytics platforms to drive strategic decision-making and optimization opportunities
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence across teams and stakeholders
Ability to operate effectively within fast-paced, highly visible enterprise environments while managing complex stakeholder relationships and competing business priorities
Experience leading large-scale paid search engagements across multiple products, campaigns, audiences, and business objectives simultaneously
Strong track record driving operational rigor, process improvement, and strategic recommendations through data-driven insights and executive-level client communication
