Responsibilities
As an Engagement Manager, you bring focus and direction to complex projects, acting as the key link between our delivery teams and the client. You combine structure with adaptability, using clear communication and strong oversight to ensure delivery quality, manage risks , and confidently lead the engagement from start to finish. You balance client needs with our internal culture and way of working, fostering our people-first, collaborative approach. This balance shapes how you guide both teams and clients, keeping everyone aligned, supported, and moving in the same direction.
In practice, this means:
Mobilizing Engagement: Setting up scope, governance, and ways of working so teams can start strong.
Building Client Relationship: Being the go-to person, developing trust, and keeping collaboration healthy.
Overseeing Delivery: Tracking progress, timelines, outcomes, and utilization without losing sight of the human side.
Supporting The Team: Helping consultants stay aligned, removing obstacles, and keeping the work flowing by aligning cross-functional teams across our full portfolio of consultancy, training, and managed services.
Managing Risk & Issue: Spotting problems early, addressing them transparently, and escalating when needed.
Internal Alignment: Sharing status, risks, forecasts, and resource needs with our internal stakeholders.
