We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Leader for the CEE region to spearhead growth within our sales division. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting winning strategies, mentoring a high-performing team, and ensuring we consistently outperform our market targets. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for people development and data-backed decision-making, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share.

  • Partner with the Regional Sales Director to ensure team tactics align with broader corporate objectives.

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed individual goals.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing professional development/coaching.

  • Foster a high-performance, positive culture centered on accountability and growth.

  • Track and analyze key sales metrics to ensure the team stays on path to hit targets.

  • Deliver detailed performance reports and data-driven insights to executive leadership.

  • Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and untapped growth opportunities within the territory.
