Gym Monitor

The Gym Monitor position is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about healthy lifestyles and enjoy interacting with people. As a Gym Monitor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the patrons have a safe and enjoyable experience while using the equipment and facilities. In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring the gym area during operating hours, enforcing safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and promoting a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the gym area.
 
The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a strong customer service orientation, pay attention to detail, and have the ability to handle and resolve conflicts professionally and diplomatically. Our Gym Monitors build relationships with our members of all ages to ensure equitable gym usage for all.
