Our Front Desk Staff are responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to current and prospective members and guests. This position establishes a positive work environment, supervises a dedicated membership team, and greets and interacts with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• →Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• →Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• →New member sign-up.
• →Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Motivated to maintain an excellent customer service reputation
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) but WILL TRAIN
