Responsibilities

→Assists Swim Team Head Coach during practice
→Ensures safe environment for all swimmers and spectators
→Provides instruction in stroke technique as well as starts and turns.
→Develops and administers strong team discipline at all times
→Attends scheduled swim meets as needed
→Builds team leadership, encourages good sportsmanship, team loyalty, hard work and courteous, respectful behavior.
→Demonstrates a cheerful, positive attitude.
